and meditation.

7:30 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
Yoga and meditation are wonderful tools for managing stress and offer both physical and mental health support for participants. This program has been designed for ACC-WI members by Gwen Koscinski of E-RYT Yoga and is for all levels…no previous yoga experience required.
