ACC ChicagoACC Chicago and McDermott Will & Emery invite you to attend our mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and related hot topics series. Through upcoming interactive panels, this program will discuss new developments and key legal and tax issues impacting the anatomy of a deal.
During July’s one-hour program, our panel of multidisciplinary speakers will walk participants through the various phases of a deal and provide insight into the opportunities and potential pitfalls. Business development, in-house legal and tax professionals involved in M&A and dealmaking should attend to gain practical knowledge and a deeper understanding of the critical issues facing dealmakers in today’s brisk transactional market.

• Document drafting and issues to consider
