Rufina Law, Portfolio Lead – Commercial Law, Wolters Kluwer Asia-Pacific
Rufina is a lawyer with a passion for writing. She loves creating interactive new tools to help lawyers easily find the key information they need to know, which is relevant to their situation.
Rufina leads the Commercial Law portfolio, which covers company, competition and consumer, insurance, insolvency, contracts, privacy, intellectual property and consumer credit law. Working with the team members in her portfolio, she provides commercial lawyers with legal information that is useful, accurate, timely and relevant.
She writes and edits content to help Australian competition and consumer lawyers understand the practical implications of the law and the latest legal developments. She has previously written and edited CCH’s contract law and intellectual property law reporters. She’s also edited our legal compliance, personal property securities, managed investments and evidence law reporters.
Before Wolters Kluwer, she worked in the NSW Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (criminal law), NSW Crown Solicitor’s Office (administrative law) and NSW Attorney General’s Department (Legislation and Policy Division).
