Overview (Program Summary)
A program hosted by:
ACC ChicagoIn 2021, employees, shareholders and boards are calling for equality and social justice in the workplace perhaps more than any other time in recent history. Even one false but potentially damaging allegation can invite bad publicity, lower employee morale, consumer trust and potentially lead to litigation. How do you preserve your brand and improve employee engagement while proactively breaking down barriers to inclusion?
This session will discuss strategies for responding to calls for social justice initiatives, managing political and social speech at work and practical strategies – such as data analytics and climate surveys – for both managing risk and increasing diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.
