Presenters will discuss a number of factors during government investigations, including issues of attorney-client privilege, considerations for in-house versus outside counsel, the structure of internal investigations and allegations of executive malfeasance. The speakers will also discuss how to communicate with other business units, particularly during the investigation, and will include examples of previous work.
