ACC Northeast OhioWith 2021 seeing another thriving M&A market, this program will provide an overview of the trends in M&A activity in 2021, tips for navigating a thriving M&A market, and good corporate housekeeping once the deal is complete as well as other actions to prepare for year-end.
In exploring these issues, the presenters’ discussion will include:
- A summary on 2021 M&A activity
- Overview of seller-favorable deal terms and tools, including the continued focus on representation and warranties insurance
- Steps for a smooth integration
- Trends in financing transactions, including recommendations for an orderly transition from LIBOR
