Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC Europe

ACC Europe and Pestalozzi are delighted to continue the series of physical meetings started on 14.07.21.

This event will include a presentation and discussion amongst in-house counsel, followed by an apéro riche in the famous garden of Hotel Baur au Lac.

The presentation and Q&A held by Martin L. Müller, Head of Employment, Executive Compensation & Pensions and Partner at Pestalozzi, covers current hot topics in the field of Swiss employment law, including:

  • Do not forget: remote working is also subject to Swiss employment law! Which law is absolutely mandatory and which is nice to have
  • Communication lost in translation – the risk of unintended sexual harassment in international teams
  • Why you have to send people on vacation, even if they don't want to.
  • Latest update on whistleblowing

For this event only, ACC Europe will allow your firm's HR person to attend the event if accompanied by an in-house counsel.  On registering please indicate if you will be bringing your HR person (we require name and title).

Protective measures re COVID-19:

  • For this event, the protective measures concept of the Hotel Baur au Lac applies, i.e., you have to comply with the "3G rule (geimpft, genesen, getestet)": you must either be vaccinated against, recovered from or tested (PCR or Antigen Test) for COVID-19.
  • Please present your ID and COVID certificate (incl. QR code) to the Baur au Lac staff upon registration.
  • We kindly ask you to refrain from attending the event if you feel unwell.
