 Program Description:

With a change in administration, employers can expect the coming year will be filled with many changes, from agency actions, enforcement objectives, and new laws and Executive Orders, as well as continued challenges from the pandemic.  During this CLE, we will cover what employers can expect and what steps employers should be taking to prepare for the coming changes.

 Topics Include:

• Continuing issues related to COVID (10 min.)
• Expected regulatory and agency actions (25 min.)
• Anticipated court decisions (10 min.)
• Legal updates for Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska (15 min.)
