Data Privacy Roundtable (12-1:00 PM EDT)

Please join ACC Greater Philadelphia's IT/Privacy & e-Commerce Committee and our host, Fisher & Phillips LLP, for a virtual “roundtable” discussion regarding the status of state-specific privacy legislation in various parts of the country.  The discussion will specifically include:

• The status of notable CCPA-inspired legislation in various jurisdictions in which such legislation is still being considered;
• The requirements of the recently-passed Virginia CDPA; and,
• Pending BIPA-inspired biometric privacy legislation and how employers may be impacted by pending legislation.
