This gave rise to new concerns and compliance issues for companies doing business abroad. In this session, we'll review what's changed in several jurisdictions (from the EU's Schrems II decision, to the proposed changes to Canada's PIPEDA) and discuss what these changes mean for American companies and the lawyers who advise them.
