Overview (Program Summary)

ACC National Capital RegionCompanies are facing critical business challenges in regard to their most important asset, their people. The pandemic has forced us to rapidly adapt our standard ways of working and how we engage with employees. During this session, we will touch on a number of pressing data privacy issues that companies are facing in the post-Covid world. We will include best practices for:
* Handling workplace vaccination programs and collecting and storing employee vaccination reports,
* Managing key employment privacy issues due to a remote workforce and persistent data security threats,
* Monitoring, tracking and maintaining the increase in workforce data including employee health and social media, and data associated with company Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs, and
* Addressing the unique and ever-changing employee privacy issues incurred by companies with a global footprint.
