ACC NCR Contingency Contracting:  Past, Current and Future Uses by the U.S. Government

During this program we will discuss the federal government’s use of contingency contracting, including its historical uses, current applications and potential future employment. 

Additionally, the panel’s discussion will include the government’s use of contingency contracting as part of the COVID-19 pandemic response, issues relevant to contractors performing contractual requirements and developing issues and trends with contingency contracting.
