The past year brought more complications than most and having an effective board of directors is more vital than ever. Whether sitting on a public or private company board, directors must ensure they are addressing the numerous competing interests and ultimately discharging their fiduciary duties.
Join our panelists as they discuss the latest thinking on the elements and practical aspects of a high-functioning board, a well-structured board meeting, and the role of in-house counsel in facilitating board effectiveness.
