Caryn Sandler, Partner + Chief Knowledge and Innovation Officer, Gilbert + Tobin
Caryn leads the Gilbert + Tobin Legal Service Innovation team and G+T Innovate. These teams provide specialised services to support our legal service delivery, and innovate to deliver new tools and services benefiting Gilbert + Tobin’s practice and our clients. Under Caryn’s leadership, G+T was named Most Innovative Law Firm in Asia-Pacific 2019 at the FT Innovative Lawyers Awards and Most Innovative Firm for the 3rd year in a row at the Australian Financial Review Client Choice 2020 Awards. Caryn won ‘Innovator of the Year’ at the Lawyer’s Weekly Women in Law Awards 2019.
Kim Lewis, Legal Transformation Manager, Gilbert + Tobin
Kim works closely with matter teams and clients to project manage and streamline largescale projects, creating efficiencies and quality outputs for Gilbert + Tobin’s clients. Kim specialises in implementing artificial intelligence tools and legal technology, and has experience on the practical side of legal technology selection, piloting, roll-out and change management using iterative design thinking methodology. Kim is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
Daniel Yim, Senior Lawyer, Gilbert + Tobin
Daniel is a senior lawyer within the Banking + Infrastructure group and also works in the firm’s leading Transformation team, managing projects both within Gilbert + Tobin and directly with clients in the fields of legal technology (including artificial intelligence), process improvement, design thinking and legal project management. Daniel is a Certified Practicing Project Practitioner, awarded by the Australian Institute of Project Management and has UK experience as a consultant in-house lawyer.
