Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC Europe

Today’s Legal GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) environment represents the convergence of different data governance and data management practices—namely e-disclosure, data privacy and cyber security—resulting from the changing regulatory landscape and the introduction of recent data protection regulations such as the GDPR and CCPA.

Data is what ties all these responsibilities together: How an organisation collects, stores, uses and secures its data ultimately determines the extent to which that data poses risks, incurs costs and provides value.

In this webinar, key topics of discussion will include how the convergence of these different data practices has led to today's new Legal GRC environment, how technology can enable and assist compliance across this framework, and exploring how a robust Data Inventory can future proof your organisation.

Join Stuart Davidson, European Marketing Director at Exterro (Moderator), Ashley Brickles, Managing Director - EMEA Technology Consulting at FTI Consulting and Marcella Sampic, Senior Legal Counsel, Data Privacy & Corporate Governance at CCS International to explore how to future proof your organisation from the changing regulatory landscape.

You will also have the opportunity to ask your burning questions in a 10 minute Q&A session to follow the main discussion.
