Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC Dallas - Fort Worth
Don't get trapped...
Challenging ethical questions for in-house counsel can arise during any piece of litigation.  Using real-world examples from our own cases, as well as recent case law and ethical opinions, we'll walk through a hypothetical case replete with ethical conundrums at every stage -- from initial investigation through trial.  The goal of this presentation is to provide a framework and best practices for in-house litigation counsel to navigate these situations.
