This presentation will cover what the in house attorney needs to know concerning the possible insurance coverage available for officers and others named as defendants; the interplay between their rights and the company's obligations concerning indemnification and insurance; the effect of bankruptcy and/or the inability or refusal of the company to indemnify the individual defendants as well as the various ethical rules implicated under the Texas Rules of Professional Conduct.
