Overview (Program Summary)

This session will define Implicit Bias and identify ways in which it poses challenges for groups under-represented in the legal profession. The presenters will discuss the Bostock decision and how Implicit Bias affects hiring and other personnel decisions, including work assignments in a law firm or corporate law department. The panel will also answer participants’ questions and identify practical measures to interrupt Implicit Bias and work toward a more diverse and inclusive work environment.
