Overview (Program Summary)

A program hosted by:

ACC Tennessee

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly . . . Contracts From A Litigator's Perspective

About this Event

Join ACC TN and Three - Star Partner Bradley for a Free One Hour General Credit CLE.

Attend this program and hear two commercial litigators’ perspectives on contractual provisions often used in boilerplate, without considering the significance of the financial impact they may carry. The presenters will share their experiences in court, litigating about several standard provisions. Some of the results are eye-opening for lawyers who do not litigate!

This program is accredited in TN and GA.
