ACC ChicagoRansomware events have risen significantly over the past couple of years. This has forced organizations across all industries to quickly make difficult decisions regarding (i) how to best respond to and recover from a ransomware incident; (ii) when to pay a ransom demand; (iii) how to pay a ransom demand; (iv) when to involve law enforcement; and (v) how to comply with potential legal obligations arising from the incident. This session will address these issues and others based on the speakers’ real world experience working on ransomware matters.
