While political prognostications are plentiful these days, this CLE moves beyond November 2nd, 2020, offering comparative analysis on both possible election outcomes: including the impact each could have on M&A transactions, global trade, regulatory measures, and climate policy. The CLE aims to prepare in-house counsel on how to approach, prepare, and execute on risk mitigation strategies for their respective companies.
