CLE - Reading Financial Statements: The Basics

Overview
The content contained in corporate annual reports can sometimes be challenging to follow for in-house counsel. This presentation will identify and explain the three sections that comprise most annual reports: the Executive Letter, the Business Review, and the Financial Review.
