"Being the GC!" - A Virtual Discussion

ACC Northeast Chapter President, Gemma Dreher (TD Bank), and Board Member/Past President, Paul Nightingale (Hood) will start off our Fall 2020 Calendar with a “real time” Virtual Discussion on Being the GC!  Come hear their personal stories, gain insight into career paths, obstacles they faced, and keys to success in today's turbulent environment.  Topics will include:

• Biggest adjustments/surprises in transitioning from private practice to in-house practice;
• The path to GC, with a discussion on the most important skills and best career moves along the way;
• Dialogue on favorite and least favorite aspects of being a GC;
• Future Challenges including technology, remote work, developing staff/leaders of future, and engagement with business leaders.
