ACC St. LouisThe disruption of traditional work environments caused by the COVID-19 crisis has forced many employers to shift to remote work arrangements. Whether these arrangements are temporary, permanent or hybrid, having employees off site presents unique considerations and challenges.
Join Husch Blackwell for an Association of Corporate Counsel virtual CLE discussing the legal issues that accompany a remote workforce. With an emphasis on the responsibilities and needs of in-house counsel, this session will focus on policy creation and implementation, litigation considerations and strategic planning necessary with a remote workforce.

- Videoconferencing conduct requirements
- Expense reimbursement policies
