the unconscious attribution of particular qualities to a member of a certain social group. 

Even the most self-aware individuals probably harbor some implicit biases, whether they realize it or not.  These biases play out every day in corporate America and the judicial system. 

This seminar will address understanding, recognizing and counteracting implicit bias in the work place and the courtroom.
