2020...it's been a wild ride. We have all had failures and successes throughout our lives, but this year has brought a collective challenge and with it the opportunity for both breakdowns and breakthroughs. Join us for an interactive discussion about the impact of 2020 on our ACC community. Storytelling has been used for centuries to create connection, share lessons learned, and to be a part of history. We will use this powerful tool to learn, share, and grow through adversity.
• What are the most profound learnings of 2020?
• What impact has this year had on you professionally?
• What are the most important personal takeaways from 2020?
• How has work/life balance changed and what are the effects of our new working paradigm?
• How has adversity shifted our reality?
Presentation Description:
In this session, we will break into three groups – Personal Learnings, Professional Learnings, and Job Search. The groups will be facilitated by Gibson Arnold and ACC Board Members. Join the Personal Learning group for a more intimate look at stories of career and life situations. The Professional Learning group will discuss the most important business findings from 2020. For those currently job searching, you will have the option to join a discussion group dedicated to supporting you as you transition into what's next in the Job Search group. This is a tremendous opportunity through an inquiry practice to reflect personally and professionally.
