Join us for a day of learning and fun on the slopes!  Hitch a ride on our complimentary bus (departing from Center City & KOP), or drive yourself.

2 hours of Ethics CLE, lunch, afternoon lift ticket and après-ski networking cocktails are FREE to ACC members!

    Challenges and Ethical Pitfalls of Leading Technology-Enabled Investigations

    This CLE program will focus on the particular challenges of leading investigations in increasingly digital world, and address related ethical considerations for in-house lawyers. Panelists will discuss technological investigative approaches, practical interview techniques and ethical considerations when interacting with company personnel, and cooperating with government investigations. The conversation will also cover the challenges of navigating evolving technologies and applications that may be sources of evidence, managing privacy concerns, and tailoring investigative and compliance strategies to protect a company’s interests.
     

  • 12 noon - 1:00 pm – Lunch will be served during 2nd hour of CLE
     

  • 1:00-5:00 pm – Ski/Snow Board
     
  • 5:00-6:30 pm – Cocktails/Après Ski
     
  • 6:45 pm – Bus departure from Bear Creek, with stops at King of Prussia Park and Ride (estimated 7:30 p.m. arrival) and Drinker Biddle/Philadelphia (8:15 p.m.)

Cancellation Policy: 48-hour's-notice required to chrisstewart@accglobal.com No-shows or those who do not cancel within the allotted time frame will be billed $100.
