How to Properly Conduct a Discrimination/Harassment Investigation

Employers should take specific steps in preparing for and conducting internal investigations of discrimination and harassment complaints. Join us as we explore those steps in detail and discuss other key factors, such as whether it makes sense to retain a third-party investigator, and whether to waive attorney-client privilege once the investigation has been completed.
