ACC Western PennsylvaniaEach year, billions of dollars of counterfeit goods are sold online through online resellers and fraudulent storefronts. Online counterfeiting can destroy a successful small business and may cost millions for large corporations. In-house counsel must obtain the most effective intellectual property protection for enforcement against domestic and foreign online counterfeiters. Without the necessary intellectual property protection, businesses subject to online counterfeiting will find themselves lacking the right tools to protect their brands.
