Overview (Program Summary)

This webcast will share protocols and practices for handling a large volume of contracts with limited resources. Speakers will offer tips, ideas, and insights for practices that work, including: creating a process for non-attorney managers to handle a subset of low-risk contracts, creating approval criteria, requiring the sales team to take a more active role, leveraging technology for contract intake and review, as well as considerations like ethics, data privacy rules, and cybersecurity regimes.
