Brian Whisler Washington, DC North America Brian Whisler is the chair of the DC Litigation and Government Enforcement Practice Group and a member of the Compliance and Investigations, Dispute Resolution and Global Pharmaceuticals Practice Groups. Brian served as the Criminal Chief Assistant US Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia, Richmond and Assistant US Attorney for the Western District of North Carolina. ? Alan Zoccolillo New York North America Alan Zoccolillo is Chair of the North American Healthcare group and is co-managing partner of the New York office. He has significant experience in general corporate counseling and in structuring, negotiating and implementing a variety of mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and private equity transactions. ? Jane Hobson London Europe Jane Hobson heads the London Private M&A practice and the Global Transactional Healthcare group. She focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, licensing transactions and joint ventures in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. ? Els Janssens Brussels/Abu Dhabi Europe/Middle East Els Janssens is a member of the EMEA Healthcare Group and focuses her practice on the regulation of life sciences, pharmaceutical law and biotechnology matters. ? Chia-Feng Lu Washington, DC Asia Pacific Chia-Feng Lu is a member of the North American M&A, IP, Healthcare Groups. Chia-Feng focuses on general corporate, regulatory law, and technology-driven transactions in the life sciences industry. ? Vanina Caniza Buenos Aires Latin America Vanina Caniza is Chair of Baker McKenzie's LatAm Healthcare Group. She advises clients in a variety of corporate and commercial law matters, with extensive experience in corporate compliance, commercial agreements and mergers & acquisitions. ? Christian Lopez Mexico City Latin America Dr. Christian Lopez-Silva is the head of Healthcare in Mexico, and a member of the LatAm Healthcare Group.
