A program hosted by:
ACC NortheastHave you ever thought about joining a non-profit Board? Have you been on a Board but wanted to learn about how to be more effective and supportive? Being on a Board of a mission-driven organization can give you a perfect opportunity to make a measurable impact on something about which you are passionate. As part of our educational commitment to our members, the chapter is hosting a lively discussion on non-profit Boards and how lawyers can get more involved in our communities.
During this interactive panel discussion, you will learn how to find and evaluate Board opportunities in your community, what commitment you should expect when joining a non-profit Board, and the personal and professional rewards of non-profit Board service.
Please join ACC Northeast's Practice & Career Management Committee for an overview of non-profit service with a panel of your peers serving on non-profits Boards.
