Overview (Program Summary)
A program hosted by:
ACC ChicagoWhen the government knocks on your door, whether it is with a search warrant, a subpoena, or just an interview request, how you react in those first few hours and days can be more important to the success of your response than the things you do over the following months or years. Our panelists, who bring with them years of experience as prosecutors, defense lawyers, and in-house counsel, will discuss not only the best ways to be prepared to manage the initial response to an investigation, but also how to avoid the mistakes commonly made by unprepared companies.
