This continuous era of change has led to the corporate legal department assuming a role not only as a legal advisor, but also as a protector of one of the company's most fragile assets — its reputation.

Hear keynote speaker, Gregory Page, share his experience and offer lessons learned, while serving as Chairman and CEO of Cargill, and as a member of the board of directors of Eaton Corporation, Deere & Company and 3M.

Then listen as experienced business leaders, senior in-house counsel from Minnesota-based companies, and select Baker McKenzie partners — including Peter MacKay, former Attorney General and Minister of Justice of Canada — examine the most prominent legal and operational challenges for businesses.

They will touch on:
