Annual General Meeting

We are pleased to invite you to attend the first ACC Middle East’s Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at 18:30 on Wednesday 26 June 2019.

We, the Board, welcome the opportunity the AGM provides to explain the work carried by the Board and engage directly with our members and we very much hope that you will be able to attend.

Notice is given that a meeting of the members of the ACC Middle East will be held at the World Trade Club Dubai on Wednesday, 26 June @ 18:30 when the following business will be transacted:

- Opening remarks/welcome

- President’s Report

• Annual chapter’s activities report
• Strategic plans for 2019/2020
• New Board of Directors election timeline

No resolution is required for this item

- Treasurer’s Report

• Annual financial report for the year ended 30 September 2018

No resolution is required for this item.

- Appointment and remuneration of auditor

- Any other business

Following the formalities, there will be an opportunity to network with fellow members. Drinks and canapes will be served.
