'Challenging Unconscious Bias through Gastronomy'

Evidence increasingly demonstrates that individuals who recognise their own biases help all of us to embrace diversity and as a result work more inclusively and effectively. During this networking reception, we will challenge your culinary senses with a selection of canapes and cocktails from the Tippling Club head chef Ryan Clift, playing with modern gastronomy with creative and unexpected combinations of flavours and textures.

All are welcome to attend this event.  Kindly note however, we have limited places available so please only register if you are definitely able to attend.  Places will be allocated on a first come/first served basis.

About the Tippling Club

Chef Ryan Clift

Wiltshire-born Ryan Clift trained under some of the world’s greatest chefs including Marco-Pierre White, Peter Gordon, and Emmanuel Renaut.

Ryan’s distinctive brand of modern gastronomy has made him a regular fixture at prominent food festivals around the world.

He has presented at the prestigious San Sebastián Gastronomika, The Culinary Institute of America’s ‘Worlds of Flavor’, Crave Sydney International Food Festival and Identità Golose in Milan to name a few.

Additionally, Ryan was part of an all-star panel of judges on ‘Eat List Star’, a reality television competition for Asia’s rising culinary personalities by Singapore-based broadcaster Mediacorp. Ryan Clift pushes the boundaries of gastronomy like few others dare.

Registration

  • This event is for Members Only, and please only register if you can definitely attend. Places are VERY limited! 
  • If you register but are unable to attend then please can you let Caroline at the ACC know by Friday 27th September at the latest, as a courtesy to FTI and others who want to attend. We will then contact the waitlist if available places become available.
