ACC National Capital RegionJoin us for a deep dive into the rapidly evolving area of wage and hour law aimed at helping employers minimize their risk exposure. Using actual job descriptions, we will walk participants through the complexities of classifying employees as exempt or nonexempt. We will also discuss recent court decisions and DOL guidance that have impacted wage and hour compliance and we will flag common wage and hour missteps that can increase legal risk. Panelists will provide participants with best practices in crafting wage and hour policies.
