ACC's Compliance and Ethics network comprises ACC members who practice in, or are concerned with issues relating to, corporate compliance and ethics. The network's members practice in both small and large corporate law departments. Their practice may include domestic or international corporate compliance and business ethics issues, or a combination of both.
The network explores and promotes modern approaches to corporate ethics and compliance issues. Members are equipped to effectively and efficiently provide legal services to their corporate clients. This includes, among other things, the development and implementation of effective compliance and ethics standards, policies, and programs.
