We are delighted that you are interested in reprinting ACC content.

Content such as the ACC Docket, Top Ten, QuickCounsel, Green-house Counsel, InfoPAKs℠, Leading Practice Profiles, In-house ACCess, surveys, white papers, and briefings, to name just a few, are available for reprint, based on the following guidelines.

A. Reprint/Reproduction Requests

1. Current members of ACC who would like to reprint content internally within their company for non-commerical uses may do so at no charge and without ACC's prior written approval. It is a benefit of membership and being a contributor. The following language must appear on each page of the document:

Reprinted with permission from the Association of Corporate Counsel [YEAR]. All Rights Reserved. www.acc.com

2. Requests for uses not detailed in Section A(1), including any use by non-ACC members, must be submitted through the Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) (www.copyright.com). A license fee will apply. CCC is an ACC Alliance Partner that offers special new customer discounts to ACC members. Please note the date of publication, number of pages (8-1/2 x 11), and title of the content you are requesting permission to re-use in order to facilitate your use of CCC's copyright request web portal. CCC can also be reached at +1.978.750.8400.

If the ACC content you are interested in reprinting is not available through CCC, please contact ACC directly.

Furthermore, for the licensing rights not offered by CCC, please contact ACC directly.
