“Monica Johnson will be bringing an extraordinary breadth of experience to the board”

WASHINGTON (April 12, 2019) — The Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Foundation is pleased to welcome Monica Johnson to its board of directors.

 

Johnson is general counsel at Bonduelle Fresh Americas and Bonduelle Americas Long Life. Her duties include corporate governance, sales, operational support, research and development (R&D), government relations, and corporate compliance. Previously, Johnson worked in companies across the service, tech, and manufacturing sectors, and has served three Californian gubernatorial administrations.

 

Johnson holds degrees from the University of California, Davis and Southwestern University School of Law. She serves as a board member and president-elect of ACC’s Southern California chapter.

 

“Monica Johnson will be bringing an extraordinary breadth of experience to the board,” said Jennifer Chen, director of the ACC Foundation. “The ACC Foundation partners with a variety of very different organizations, from corporations to law firms. Johnson’s wealth of experience and proven leadership skills are ideally suited to our field.”
