The University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Office of General Counsel - Legal Team is led by the General Counsel and Executive Director, Risk & Compliance - Kylie Gould and comprised of the following lawyers: Dawnie Evans, Kate Van Gemert, Anita Pollard, Andrew Mullens, Katrina Brackenreg, Cynthia Yuan, Michael Altit and our first in family law clerk / paralegal Annabel Hatton.
Advising UTS has been likened to advising a small town and we provide the full breadth and depth of in house legal support on commercial, transactions, procurement, property, construction, research, IT, marketing, advancement (philanthropy), teaching and learning, international engagement, staff and student issues to support UTS in its vision to be a leading public university of technology recognised for our global impact.
