Trends Survey

Your feedback is one of the critical drivers for our association. It helps us immensely as we continuously strive to improve our member services and events. That’s why for the past nine years, the association has developed a Trends Report. This report examines the practices, trends and changes in the in-house legal profession in Australia. With this information, the association then develops new and/or improved initiatives to support our members and the broader legal community.

Based on the last survey, we have developed several new initiatives;

  • The development of several special interest groups; New to in-house, Legal Leaders, the Diversity Equality and Inclusion committee, the Leading Environmental and Social Sustainability committee, In-house Clerkship program and more.
  • Expanding member social events into new regions, where you want us to go
  • Innovative new services such as the Career Centre, Australia’s only jobs board specifically for in-house
  • An improved online experience with the introduction of a new website.

So, we want to hear from you again. This year’s Trends Survey has a particular interest in workload and legal teams' changes during the pandemic, direct briefing, legal technology, legal operations, and workflow. The survey will take 5-10 minutes to complete.

There are two prizes up for grabs just for completing this short survey; 2 x $1000AUD credits to spend on any ACC Australia event or program between April 2021 to 30 June 2022. This includes National Conference ticket registration, an In-House Counsel Day ticket registration, CPD sessions or the mentoring program, plus others!
