You Be The Judge!

We have all seen the dramatic changes in workforce law and regulations and new ways to work, but how is all that sitting with the courts? Join us for an interactive session where you just might be the Judge!

You will hear scenarios in the latest L&E cases/trends, and then you “predict” or “rule” on the case after hearing from our speakers. By doing this attendees will gain insight on the latest employment law developments while strengthening their in-house muscle by thinking through and identifying risks, legal issues, and practical implications from a judicial lens. Then, the presenters will share the actual court ruling and offer commentary and predictions regarding the case implications for businesses. Join Fisher Phillips partners Christine Howard and LaKisha Kinsey-Sallis for an eye-opening experience you won’t want to miss.

This program will address all aspects of sexual harassment in the workplace.  This includes a discussion on recent trends of sexual harassment claims in administrative and civil complaints, the elements of a claim of sexual harassment, possible liability for both the Company and an individual for claims of sexual harassment, the importance of a thorough investigation, and a discussion of recent developments in this area of the law.
