This timely CLE program is designed to provide in-house counsel in all business sectors with (1) practical updates about the latest regulatory and litigation developments on crucial antitrust and competition issues and (2) real-world tips about working effectively and in cost-effective ways with outside antitrust counsel. Labor & Employment Look Ahead for 2024: Where are We Now and What Comes Next

Join FordHarrison partners Cullan Jones and David Kalteux as they review the latest developments in workplace law and preview what may be coming down the legislative pipeline in 2024. Join the ACC Foundation and the American Bar Association as we explore the results of the American Bar Association’s “Legal Careers of Parents and Child Caregivers” report. The report, commissioned by the ABA’s Commission on Women in the Profession and based on survey responses from more than 8,000 lawyers nationwide in various work settings (including in-house) reveals their feelings regarding the impact having children has had on their careers. This webinar will highlight key data points from the survey and feature a discussion with in-house women parents on their career journeys, challenges faced, lessons learned, and strategies to success despite these barriers and biases. 

Please join ACC NCR and the Washington Council of Lawyers for a Virtual Pro Bono Fair. Attendees will be introduced to a variety of legal service organizations discussing on-going needs and volunteer opportunities. The Pro Bono Fair will be held virtually again in 2024 and participants will have the opportunity to select breakout rooms to learn more, ask questions and better understand the mission of the organizations.
