4.0 Hours Virginia MCLE pending.  CLE is not mandatory in: DC, MA, MD, MI, and SD

All other jurisdictions:  ACC NCR will not seek credit on the attorney’s behalf.  A fillable certificate certifying attendance will be issued after the conference.  Where applicable, utilize your state self-file process within 30 days of completing the course.  If you are interested in doing so, please consult with the applicable jurisdiction for requirements and information regarding the process. 

ACC NCR staff is able to answer questions only with regard to Virginia MCLE.

Join Duane Morris for a signature summer networking event featuring an interactive cocktail-making class at 22 Vanderbilt. The evening will take place across the venue’s elegant indoor and outdoor spaces—the Vanderbilt Room and Terrace—providing a perfect setting to connect with fellow in-house counsel.

In collaboration with the venue’s Beverage Director, guests will enjoy a guided cocktail session featuring three classic cocktails: the Old Fashioned, Manhattan, and Margarita. A mocktail option will also be available. The session will include a brief history and storytelling component for each cocktail, adding an engaging and educational twist to the experience.

Following the one-hour cocktail class, the evening will continue with a networking reception with drinks, light bites, and sweeping terrace views.

2025 continues to bring new changes and challenges for California employers as they face a myriad of updated and evolving employment laws and issues. Join Kristen Nesbit of Fisher Phillips for a mid-year update on recent developments in employment litigation, state and federal regulations, and the new employment laws that are driving change for California employers.
