We realise that working from home has taken its toll on most of us and many are lacking the time and get-up-and-go required to prioritise their health. The ACC Australia In-house In health committee, in partnership with Vario (from Pinsent Masons), have found a way to help. We are excited to have engaged healthy living activist, health coach, ironman, triathlete and marathon runner, Andre Obradovic, to give our members a little extra boost and inspiration through these challenging times.

Andre Obradovic is going to run a pilot health and wellness program to help a limited number of members kickstart their 2021. The program will run over a four-month period and will involve regular virtual group coaching, resources and access to Andre’s app. Program participants will be guided through a series of challenges designed to reduce stress levels and improve health, fitness and vitality. Andre does not believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach and will coach you to identify your own pathway to greater feelings of wellness and energy. The best bit is, the In-house In health committee is picking up the tab, so pilot participants will get to put the program to the test free of charge.
