Sandra Selim is a contracts lawyer within EY’s General Counsel's Office. With a litigation background, she is an experienced commercial advisor and negotiator who is focused on simplifying contractual agreements whilst aligning with the firm’s business and objectives.
Sandra’s journey includes her previous role as an Associate at Holding Redlich, where she was involved in a wide array of commercial disputes and litigation matters. This experience equips her with a deep understanding of the factors that drive successful agreements.
Currently, Sandra plays a pivotal role in EY’s Contracts Practice Group, advising and negotiating on contracts across the Oceania region. Through her frequent collaboration with senior stakeholders, she has established herself as a technical expert in relation to some of EY’s most significant contracts and pursuits.
