This panel, composed of in-house counsel and other lawyers in the arbitration space, will focus on how to return commercial arbitration to its roots as a speedy and cost-effective counterpart to the judicial system.

This opinion includes a discussion of the Thompson Memorandum, and holds the Thompson Memorandum and the USAO's actions caused KPMG to limit and then cut off payment of fees for defense.
