On July 1, 2022, Florida's “Stop the Wrongs to Our Kids and Employees,” or Stop WOKE Act, went into effect and amends Florida’s employment discrimination laws statewide to bar employers from requiring diversity, equity, and inclusion (“DEI”) training in the workplace for certain size companies.
