Jill Lynch Cruz is the founder of JLC Consulting, an executive coaching and career development firm with over 25 years of experience helping attorneys and leaders enhance and advance their careers.
As an executive coach, Jill works with mid-level and executive-level clients, including high-potential professionals, to develop leadership skills, strategies, and confidence to navigate complex career challenges and achieve success at the highest levels .She also provides career development services, including career exploration, transition, personal branding strategies, interview preparation, and resume writing.
Jill previously served as Chief Human Resources Officer for an AmLaw 100 law firm. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, a Master’s in Human Resources, a Bachelor’s in Psychology, and certifications as an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
